Airline bookings
Names on airline bookings must match with your passport names, airlines are very strict with names matching passports at airports, especially surname & first name and other given names may be entered into booking, unless you are unable to enter all given names first name and surname is sufficient in most instances. We are not responsible for any variation, omission, or spelling errors you have made. On all occasions we use the names given to us by the traveller, it’s your responsibility to check if we have booked correctly before payment & ticketing. Errors after ticket issue involves tickets to be cancelled, rebooked and reissued, this can result in you loosing the seats/dates/fare booked and incur fees to reissue rebook and repay for new fares. So great care must be taken while entering names initially. Airlines are only responsible for air travel, if flights and hotels are booked independently this may not form a tour package. Airlines are subject to applicable laws, treaties and regulations governing air transportation. Airline schedules are subject to change without prior warning and can cause last minute disruption to your travel arrangements. Agents will do all possible to minimize disruption to passengers, but due to unavoidable reasons any cost of alternative or further transport or hotels will be borne by the passengers. If you break your journey at any point, reconfirm your onward or return reservation with the airline. Failure to reconfirm could result in the cancellation of your reservation. Sometimes you may not be aware of airline schedule changes unless you reconfirm.
